Great news, I have couple question :
1) do we want to do a simple commit, or should we ask infra to upload
a svn dump ?
2) as for the headers, what's the approach.... commit and then change
the headers (which seems to be mentioned couple times in general@), or
change before committing ?
I thought the best/preferred approach was change then commit, but I
think we can accommodate either. Good question tho...
