If he's not subscribed, he should do so by mailing to [email protected] See http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/files/html/MailingLists.html For posting while not subscribed, the mail goes through moderation, where it must be manually approved by a moderator to get on the list. If nobody approves after some days, it bounces. Please check with your mentors who is currently moderating bluesky lists and how to get more moderators on board.
