One of the reasons one project goes through incubation is to create a community around the code, but your website does not provide any pointers to how to join te project or even how to report issues/bugs. Could you guys please review the "get involved" page [1] and also provide links to how users can report bugs [2]. I also think you guys need a "development guide" that would help users, in a step by step mode, how to svn checkout and run the BlueSky software.
