I am a new one in the bluesky project, so my primary work is studying
ffmpeg and socket programing. From Kevin's suggestion, i test them in Qt.
I have tried to using ffmpeg decoding api from media file in QT, and only
audio is well. I found Qt has a method to capture and play audio. I test it
and success. But it also failed in testing it with ffmpeg encode.
Qt has a packet of socket, and it can send message as stream, i don't
know its difference between socket and jrtplib.
