I got a problem with the socket communication

problem cames like that: the server and client are both run on one computer
with ip"202.117.10.57",if the client want to communicate with the server,it
send request to ip"127.0.0.1",then server can receive the request from
client,but if client send request to the real ip of
server,"202.117.10.57",the server can not receive the request!!
