the extreme video fps is ranged from 8 to 100 fps. Usually, referenced fps
about video is 24-40, and screen fps is 1-15.for our system, 25 video fps and 1
screen fps is a reasonable pair. Make sure it can be set in the AVSmeeting，
then it doesnt a matter.
