I have committed the first version of the MiniCluster here
(https://github.com/nearinfinity/blur/commit/14a438efba6092f5c71c26b4c85bb798fc9f9019).
I still need to add the ability to disable the BlockCache so that the
MiniCluster doesn't use too much memory.
