Here's a straight port from what I had on gh. Fixed the pkg names and moved
into src/blur-shell.
Testing is non-existent at the moment. I did verify by firing up blur shard and
connecting to it from the blur-shell CLI. We should add more tests but it's not
clear to me how to do this currently - ie test infrastructure for starting up a
blur server that the cli could run against in a junit env. Perhaps as a
separate jira?
Feel free to commit this if you think it's ready. Otw if we need to first add
more testing, etc... fill me in on how to best do that and I'll give it a try.
