I have updated the BlurIndexReader class and added test as well. I need your
view on following points.
1) BlurIndexReader extends BlurIndex. I dont think so we need this parent
class. This class is required in only one case if we use BlurIndexRefresher as
refresher scheduler.
2) Do we need to use BlurIndexRefresher as scheduler or we can write our own
daemon. That refreshes the index on the interval set as property
"blur.shard.time.between.refreshs" in TableContext.
I am attaching patch here please let me know your feedback.
