In 0.1.4 when a query is cancelled, the threads executing exit the query early
and throw an exception. Even when the query is still in the rewrite phase.
Since most of the Lucene IndexReader API changed in some way, the port from
0.1.4 (Lucene 3.6) was never completed. We should complete this before release.
