Not really, unfortunately 0.18 is not even an available release for Hadoop
anymore (http://www.apache.org/dist/hadoop/).  I'm sure we could get the
code from the SVN repo, but it's a really old version.  The last 0.18
release 0.18.3 was released on Jan 29, 2009.  Most of the current Hadoop
based project are based on the 0.20.x code base.  Sorry.
