since I'm not available for today's call (Christoph will step in),
here's a short information on how to manage the room:
- Someone needs to dial-in with the room number and the conference
manager PIN to open up the room. It's room number and conference manager
PIN as one number, followed by # - as usual
- The first conference manager is then asked if the participants should
be allowed to speak or not. 1 = not speaking, 3 = speaking. You want to
press 3 to allow everyone to speak. :-)
- *9 will lock the room, so no new parties can join, *7 will mute all
participants. You don't need any of these. However, in case you are
experiencing issues, like people unable to speak or join, press the
according keys again to undo the function (e.g. *9 a second time will
unlock the room again, *7 a second time will unmute everyone).
