Not that I expect there would be any argument, but I figured it'd be good to at least let people know... unless there are objections, I'm planning to replace the DOC version of the Bylaws on the OIDF page[0] with a PDF version. I'm not actually deleting the DOC version, just uploading a PDF and changing the link.
