We approved the verbal election procedures that I presented, and I believe the 
minutes will show that.

Dick is right that there are corner cases we need to document like what happens 
in the case of a tie and we can vote on those if we like, but we already 
approved the plan I presented.  Otherwise we couldn't have authorized going 
forward with an election.

Suggesting otherwise is counterproductive.

There is also a 6-page written draft of procedures from earlier this
year.  This is the document I was referring to being updated and
approved.  I don't believe we voted on all of the needed details but
instead the timing of the election and nominations.
