How it worked before was that Scott (as the Chair) would send out an agenda to the board mailing list containing the meeting time, and then there would be a separate message sent to board-private letting you know the conference call number. I assume that this procedure will continue.
The conference call is held on a US telephone number, so I dialled in using Skype to avoid paying international call rates.
