Perhaps we could take these ideas and dump them into UserVoice and get folks to vote and discuss them... When they're in UserVoice, they have a permalink, and we could go about assigning them to different individuals who want to take ownership of them...
I think that's key -- fanning out responsibilities and giving folks something constructive to do -- and broadening the kinds of skills that we need to advance OpenID (i.e. beyond just technologists).
