While this is appropriate for major decisions, it has the potential to delay decision making for routine, administrative topics. This serves as a motion, supported by the EC, to amend the bylaws to allow for a 3 day notification/discussion and 3 day voting period for routine administrative decisions. Both 3 day periods shall be during normal working days (i.e. not holidays and weekends). In 7 days there will be an online board vote on this motion. Please share any feedback with the group during this time.
