Hi David, With this vote (i.e., David, Mike, Allen, Josh casting +1), it has reached the majority of the specs council, I think, so that the specs council can announce the recommendation.
If you could process it quickly, it can go to the vote more or less at the same timeframe with OAuth hybrid so that members can do it in one shot, which I think is good for the members.
