I'm having trouble finding a white paper I read recently. I had thought it was about the Africa mapping project, but I don't see it there.
It described a complex series of dependencies across work units where output of several were required to begin another. And some data skipped generations of tasks. It included a diagram of the basic workflow. Can anyone help me locate the paper? Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's.
