Hello,
it seems there is a problem with the automatic proxy determination in
Boinc 6.10.*.

I installed Boinc from scratch and specified the Proxy in Options -
Proxy. Everything works fine.
But after Boinc is restarted there is a different Proxy set in Options -
Proxy, which does not work.

It seems that the proxy settings are determined automatic and my
settings are overwritten. This should be changed. If I set the Proxy it
shouldn't be overwritten by any automatism.
