I can read the file now.  I brought it up because it seemed unnecessarily 
complicated to read a simple text file.  Why not just rename COPYING.LESSER to 
"COPYING_LESSER.txt"?  Or perhaps the name could be "GNU lesser general public 
license.txt"?
