We should probably have all 3 options available on the tray context menu
(Snooze Processing, Snooze CPU processing, and Snooze GPU processing). We
should probably have 2 sets in the Activity Menu (one clearly labeled CPU
and the other clearly labeled GPU). The reason for the 3 on the tray
context menu is so that someone can shut down either or both easily when
they are starting another application. But this would be very confusing
when setting the general status in the activity menu as these are more
permanent.

I don't know if the other options should be CPU specific or for everything.
