Hi, I'm a VB developer that would like to tweak his Windows client's CPU usage via VB. Basically, I want to set it at 10% during the day and 90% overnight. I'm not familiar with remote procedure calls (RPC) but I am very familiar with COM. Could someone point me in the direction I need to go to write my program? Thanks for your time.
