BOINC is supposed to be uploading the last 64k of the logs by default. e...@h requested a feature to show the first 64k of the log to track down a bug, it is supposed to be a project configurable feature.

It was very convenient because last few lines of log for my app contains performance counters. Currently reported result (after 6.10.43 upgrade) shows not the end of log... but it shows not the beginning of log either. It shows something from middle of log.
