IIRC, on Windows the library apps link against is opencl.dll, on *nix
based machines it is libopencl.so.

Currently for OpenCL app ATI requires Stream SDK be installed.
Current version is 2.1. It should be possible to provide only content of
bin 
SDK's directory, but nobody checked this so far.
