Yup, now I only have one CPU core running work. Two are idle.
That's also noticed by the <work_fetch_debug> but apparently ignored.

I think I should let this run the remaining hour and 40 minutes or so,
to see what BOINC will do after that Einstein task ends.
But what I would expect of the <fetch_minimal_work> option is that it
fetches one task per CPU core and GPU. Not fetch one task per CPU (no
matter how many cores) and GPU.
