What do you think of this idea? Instead of making new applications for each subproject, why can't user choose what kind of workunits he/she wants to crunch?
For example, I have a BOINC project with several subprojects but they are all using the very same binary. I have to install this same binary several times to my BOINC server (one for each subproject). I would find it simpler to maintenance if it had only one application and then user can pick the type of workunits he/she wants to crunch with this application...
