We will be using GitHub to keep track of the BOINC Bug database, project documentation, and have it be the primary mirror for our source code repository. Trac has been made read-only at this point. Once we have fixed up the wiki pages we should be able to shut it down. In the not too distant future, I hope to use one of the GitHub integrated services to replace Pootle.
