1. Nanti th 2008 akan di mulai peraturan putra daerah/otonomi daerah di
berlakukan secara penuh, th 2006 sudah mulai tp bertahap. Istilahnya home
grown, ini hanya berlaku untuk tim yg berlaga di Eropa.
2. Berlakunya peraturan radius putra daerah gak bole lintas batas nyebrang ke
daerah lain buat belajar sepakbola, contoh : Frank Lampard Jr gak bole belajar
bole di Manchester United Academy, jauh man. Radius max yg diperkenankan adalah
90 menit berkendaraan. Tapi kalo pakai Ferrari , London ke Manchester kan deket
dong...hehehe
Nah...2 peraturan di atas langsung di siasati dg merekrut sebanyak2 pemain non
Inggris di bawah 18 thn kemudian masuk academynya masing2 & mereka sudah
memenuhi syarat termasuk home grown.
Maka dari itu semakin mahal lah harga pemain Inggris asli yg membela klub
Inggris.
Daripada beli pemain mahal2, Arsenal mending hunting keluar yg notabene sama
kualitasnya hanya KTP aja beda. Jangan heran tahun depan Arsenal semakin
internasional setelah ditinggal Sol Campbel & mungkin menyusul Ashley Cole.
