Gw baca sih katanya orang-orang dah mo loncat ke 4G, 3G dah mo dilewatin, itu orang-orang diluar birokrasi. Kalo kayak departemen yg mengurusi ini di Indonesia sih masih sibuk ngurusin 3G ... justru yg 4G lebih banyak yg dikerjain sama instansi nggak resmi ... jadi, lagi-lagi yg birokrasi lebih tertinggal ...
