Maradona to play in soccer friendly in Vietnam

HANOI, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- Argentine soccer legend Diego Maradona is
expected to play in a friendly soccer match in Vietnam in November, local
newspaper Labor reported Tuesday.
The Argentine Embassy in Vietnam is making preparations to invite
Maradona and some other former Argentine soccer players to visit the country
in mid-November, and Maradona is scheduled to play a 7-player match for 50
minutes.
The Vietnam Football Federation is in charge of organizing the match and
meetings between the guests and local people.
