However, from what I remember reading of that article, Vieira implied that it was Inter that should be there instead. Uh, ok. As far as I am concerned Milan had nothing to do with Inter's exit from the CL. Whether Milan had been there or not has nothing to do with the fact that Inter couldn't get it done (again) against Valencia. Milan has nothing to do with the fact that Inter haven't won the league since the 80's and the CL since the 60's. What Milan does have to do (unfortunately) is with the fact the Inter WILL win the scudetto this year. Had Milan and Juve not been stupid I think Inter would still be waiting. The thing is pedigree. Inter does not have the pedigree to win anything against real competition. Without calciopoli they would not have had Ibrahimovic or Vieira, but that is water under the bridge. Inter players should keep their mouths shut until next year. If they can win the scudetto again or the CL then they can say anything they want.
