Working with time now like this:
complete date

for forms where you can change days, months, years optionally
[text size=1 day {:day} value="[(time now %d)]"]
[text size=1 month {:month} value="[(time now %m)]"]
[text size=1 year {:year} value="[(time now %Y)]"]
[hidden size=3 date {:date} value="{=day}.{=month}.{=year}"]
[session savedata date]
