Perhaps he's wanting something like "Bolt//Wire" for a title, so only
part of the title is italicized.

1. This is allowed in BoltWire. Just tried to double check and it works fine.

2. As for the problem of the markup then showing up in the title tag,
you could have a second data field, like title2, and then use BoltWire
there, and use it in the title tag, and title in the page title. To
avoid writing duplicate titles on every page, a better solution is to
create a simple function for the skin that retrieves title2 if it
exists, and otherwise inserts the default title. That would be easier
than trying to strip out every markup. Of course, if you only have a
couple markups to strip out, either one is probably about the same.
