Unfortunately the plugin IS in need of some upgrading. Actually, now the BoltWire has the info function built into the core--it should replace all uses of counter and pagedata plugins. But I haven't had time to maintain all the plugins. It's enough to keep my own sites up and running!!! If someone cares to take over maintenance of some of the plugins, just let me know, I'm happy to share the load. I could explain how to export your blog to a plugin if desired. As for changing the engine.php script--the philosophy of BoltWire is you should never have to modify any of the core files. This makes upgrading easy. (Otherwise you'ld have to remake all your little changes every time you upgrade). In your specific case, to set the default page to main.blog instead of main, go to site.config and add this line: defaultPage: main.blog You can also set it in a config file if desired via php (using any conditions you wish). But if I'm not mistaken, you can also copy the contents of main.blog and paste them into page main. It's possible some of the code might not work, but I suspect it will... And if not it could be made to work. Anyway, keep us posted if you still have questions. Oh, and as for your blogpost, while BoltWire may look minimalistic, if you get to know some of it's inner working I think you will find it is surprizingly robust and versatile. In fact if you can think of something it can't do--I'd be pretty excited, as it would probably mean more fun adding it! It's just grown very quickly and the docs/plugins etc have not all quite caught up. But we're getting there... Welcome to the BoltWire community. And good luck with your project!
