You could manually save a box like that as a data value, but it looks
like it could be generated dynamically. There's not a plugin for that
currently. But we could probably write one easily enough...  Hmmm

If you care to tinker with php here's a script that will get you most
of the way there...

function BOLTFsumbox($args) {
        global $pageLink;
        $content = BOLTloadpage($pageLink);
        preg_match_all('/\!\! (.*)/m', $content, $matches);
        foreach ($matches[1] as $i => $ii) {
                $count = $i + 1;
                $out .= "$count. $ii<br>";

        return "<box>$out</box>";
        }

Put this script in config.php and try this:
