Since "code.skinvars" should be renamed to "code.snippets", one thing should consider:
The administrator would face a situation that there is no "site.actions" in a fresh installation. Old BoltWire fellows can easily find the way to solve the problem, but new user would be very confused. He can not find even the register page.
