Minor release patching snippets and making site.config arrays
configurable in config files.
Specifically:
* Fixed bug introduced in 2.51 involving escaped slashes (broke showhide plugin)
* Fixed snippets to allow /= =/ markups for javascript snippets.
* Enhanced BOLTconfig function to allow arrays, defined by
BOLTconfig('BOLTarray:index', 'default').
Let me know if you notice any problems. I had a temporary glitch on
the BoltWire site, but it seems to have corrected itself.
