Just released some more improvements to BoltWire's UTF capabilities
(2.66), with fixes to the equal condition, and the include function.
Also reworked the vars to allow UTF data and info vars, even when on
UTF pages. Its still kind of experimental, but it seems to work for
the most part. Likely the markup patterns will need a bit more
tweaking, and there may be a few unexpected bugs. Also, there may be
some incompatibility with older versions if you have existing data or
info vars. But it's a nice improvement. Linly should love it!

Should fix the following tests, and several more not tested:

* But use {一.二::variablename} to retrieve the data -> Failed
* Use Chinese variable name {::一二三} -> Failed
* [(include page='一.二')] -> Failed
* retrieve the data '{info.test::一.二}' -> Failed

Also fixed a recently introduced bug in the form action parameter.
Let me know if you spot any problems. Hold off at 2.65 on your
production sites as the changes in this release are systemic and there
could well be unanticipated consequences.

Cheers,
Dan
