Just released another upgrade that does a much smarter job handling UTF vars, as well as a few other little things and lots of fixes from 2.66. I've already upgraded BoltWire and my other sites, and most everything seems working right. I also added a rules markup that allows you to specify which markup orders, orders:rules are processed in a template. Very cool...
For those who are technically interested, both info and data vars are saved in UTF for ease of reading in the page source if needed. But when the var caches are created they change the indexes to %encoded values allowing perfect case insensitivity. Then when calling the vars, the markup recognizes to UTF and converts to % encoded so whether it is encoded or not it should work. Both info and data. Required a rewrite of the var markup patterns, but it seems to be working right. It apparently puts the conversions in just the right places, getting BoltWire to pass my most challenging tests, with the fewest and simplest bits of code. Linly, do your best to hunt down more things to fix! I'm still looking to go a week without any major bug reports. So we'll start the clock again. With luck, this could be it. If so, 3.xx could be out first of April! Cheers, Dan --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "BoltWire" group.
