I really have no clue. In BoltWire, when Blacklisting is turned on, it only says "Access Denied". I don't have it turned on however, and certainly wouldn't for you. So it must have been something my server did. Shared hosting can be fun. I had something like this happen once before on another server because someone sent out a bunch of spam from the same IP address I was sharing. Caused a bunch of my emails to get rejected. Oh well...
