PLEASE do... I set up all those skins a long time ago just to
demonstrate what BoltWire could do and never really did much with
them. Esp the CSS needs help. I've developed a couple of them for
personal use, but not much.

Feel free to do whatever you like with them.  If you need help let me
know. There are probably some changes that have been made to BoltWire
that will cause problems. And they probably all have issues in general
anyway. They are all public domain so far as I know.
