I have never noticed any problems with uploads--so it is probably server specific. But I don't do a lot with uploads. And worse, I'm not much of an Apache/Unix guy, so I'm not sure how to fix it. If anyone has input on this, I'll be happy to tweak the code as needed. But from my best understanding, the settings should be correct.
