All the comments are stored on the same page, so to edit, just use the
normal edit link.  You can probably do:

[if equal {:author} {member}][[{p}&action=edit|EDIT]][if]

But you need to make sure the author has permissions. And it doesn't
allow you to give authors the ability to edit their own comments only.
That would involve some extra code. Doable, but nothing readily
available. It would probably be easier to do this with the comments
plus plugin, as you can customize that more easily. Commentbox is
supposed to be quick and easy.
