I realized I easily can confirm my suspicion - and yes, i was correct. the SectionEdit plugin does not parse the headings (at least not any links), so the anchors are displayed. It is annoying you can not use links within !! headers and the section-edit plugin. Also, I would like the "edit" en "top" links to disappear when I print the page.
I do not know if there is anybody that can alter it.
