I see.  When using the rss plugin, BoltWire actually creates the RSS
Feed. There is no html. Just straight xml/rss.

It basically uses a custom skin and a special template. But it runs
the feed right through the main BoltWire engine.  There's no
associated html page unless one is created. I suppose we could create
a plugin or something to add this to the page header, or directly to
the skin if desired.
