This is getting a bit more into the advanced stuff of BoltWire, but that's what makes this program unusual--your ability to customize all of its actions using (relatively) simple markup. As for links--users should have a simple page name perma.swales and a more flexible title "Creating swales". You can have BoltWire automatically convert Creating swales into perma.creating_swales if you don't want the users to deal with this.
