I might also just add, that there's no reason you can add an upload form to a create or edit page. But you still need the markup in the page to tell where to display the picture. We could possibly figure some way to get an uploaded file automatically appended to the bottom of the page if that's what you want, but we'd have to hobble something together. I'm not so familiar with forums, but think the wiki way gives you better control if you're trying to build documentation.
