Actually the problem is (I think) only on pages that had links saved with engine 3.2.1-2. If you go back in 3.2.3 and resave those pages, it should correct itself. It did for me. Also pages saved pre 3.2.1-2 should work unless resaved in 3.2.1-2. Try that and see.
