If I understand you correctly, you wondered why BoltWire said "main.
%c3%9cberflu%c3%9f was created" instead of "main.Überfluß was
created". BoltWire is talking about the file name but I think it would
be nicer to decode the characters in the message. Nobody wants to see
% encodings ever (I hope so).
